Focusing on what you can control is critical. One of our core human needs is certainty and for so long we've looked for certainty outside of ourselves. However, right now, the state of the world and the future is completely uncertain and it is only natural to feel anxious and overwhelmed. 
But when you can change your focus to what you can control, you regain your certainty and confidence and can move forward with a resourceful mindset.
