Welcome back to class listeners. Again, late in the month, and for that I apologize. I will say I’m working on a big project, and that is taking up a lot of my time. More on that soon. ;) This month I sit down with Liz Johnson, co-owner and master herbalist of Magus Books and Herbs, to talk about hops - that delightfully bitter herb that is in nearly all beer made today. Who knew beer was so good for relaxing, and not just because of the alcohol. On the opposite side of the spectrum, the second half of the show showcases the essential oil of grapefruit, which is great for that burst of citrusy energy.
