Taking it all the way back to middle school science class this week. Atoms, energy, frequencies, vibrations...I leave no stone unturned discussing my beliefs on gratitude and why it’s important. With all the amazing content on thankfulness and gratitude I saw last week, I thought I’d attack it from a different angle. Plus, more importantly, I planned poorly and didn’t get my episode in on time. 😂🤦🏼
