We had so much fun last year we decided to make it a yearly thing! I'm joined by Clint from Fatherhood Farms and Flor from Dad Style 99. We catch up on our lives over the last year as well as what has gone on with our children. In the wake of the Uvalde tragedy, we talk about how to address tough subjects with your children. I'm baaaaack!!!! Life has been interesting the last 6 months. I explain.... My last episode was 6 months ago. It was supposed to be part 1 of a 2 part series. Rather than kick in with part 2 so much later, I'm re-upping part 1 this week and will be back with part 2 next week. Part 2 is where it gets good. What happens when you set intentions for yourself and you step towards those intentions? I set MAJOR intentions in my life on 10/30/2019 and the changes in my life during the 2 years since have been amazing. Tune in as I tell the story of what happened. It's mind-blowing!

Me personally, I've gotten derailed from a few goals I was striving for this year. I've really struggled with getting back on track. I'm not sure if it's the seasonal change, excitement from this past summer (which I go into), or something else. Either way, it's time to get back on track. I've been doing a lot of thinking about motivation and whether or not you can create it or if it just shows up randomly. Is there a quick way to develop it? Is it a passive "feeling"? Just some quick thoughts I had on it.
