We touch on the important topic of self-care, why it's important for dads, and what it looks like for 3 different dads. We also talk about how we incorporate it and how you can too. There's a lot of misconceptions about what self-care is and we want to clear those up.

We had so much fun last year we decided to make it a yearly thing! I'm joined by Clint from Fatherhood Farms and Flor from Dad Style 99. We catch up on our lives over the last year as well as what has gone on with our children. In the wake of the Uvalde tragedy, we talk about how to address tough subjects with your children.
