A non-professional help-cast. 

I work with my own depression and anxiety daily. I've had the terrible thoughts. There are a LOT of us, but we think we are alone.

We aren't. If we can connect and communicate, we can survive this. We can weather the storm. 

I will discuss my own issues as well as have guests on to discuss theirs. Sometimes they will be anonymous, but identity isn't important. What's important is telling your story to a world that will listen and possibly care. What's important is finding out others share the same hurtful thinking. What's important is communication.
