Anyways, today we wanted to do a follow-up episode to everyone's favorite episode so far "How to Stop Comparing Yourself" (Episode 2) to talk about the next step: how to be confident. Once you've let go of caring about people's perception of you and stop comparing yourself, how do you embrace that you've let that go and truly become comfortable with who you are and where you're at? In Part 1, we share some of our insecurities and discuss why insecurities and self doubt are a universal truth in today's society, and share some practices/tips to start adding to your life so you can start to achieve feeling confident, because YOU are a shining motherfucking star!! YOU are so powerful, and you deserve it.
