To that end, the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your overall health have equal importance, but often don't get equal attention.  The key here is to start implementing healthy changes to your life while also growing into a deeper relationship with God.  In each episode I will share practical tips on keeping yourself physically healthy, but will also add a spiritual lesson so you can continue to grow there too.
