Lean in. It begins inside each of us. We cannot pour out and create change, if we are not connected and grounded internally. It's time to go look in the mirror and do something! In order to create inspired action that brings true and lasting shifts in collective consciousness, we must choose healing. What are you ignoring? What's asking you to let it go? How are you being asked to show up in this moment in time? What's ready to heal in your own life, so that you can be FULLY present with the ones you love...then allow that love to trickle out into the world around you?
