In this episode we discuss how sometimes we crave change and that it is okay and a positive thing to listen to what your mind and body is trying to tell you. We chat about our own experiences in regards to fitness and moving our bodies and how we have been needing change ourselves. Some examples are discussed showing that going to the gym isn't the only healthy way to move your body.
