In this podcast I describe my experience with Maladaptive Daydreaming Disorder. This is an unofficial mental disorder that has not yet been recorded in the DSM or have been recognized by International Mental Health Organizations. However, extensive research has been conducted by researchers such as Eli Somers. In this episode, a little insight is given as it relates to my experience with this disorder.
