We talk about how important it is to be humble, be aware of your own past hurts and experiences, and to be curious. We also discuss what happens when you don’t work through your conflicts and let them stay buried inside yourself and how to be aware of your own emotions & feelings, rather than just jumping straight to what you’re thinking.
