Today i got to interview two extremely brave and incredible women. The two girls are the founders of the charity, Shannon's Hopeline. This charity provides support to people and families in the Dublin 8 area who are experiencing difficulties with mental health, suicide, bullying or self esteem issues. This was a powerful interview because the girls shared with me their personal experience of losing a family member to suicide. Sandra is Shannon's Mam and Lisa is her aunt. Sandra and Lisa shared how that life experience was for them and their family and how they went from such a dark place to now were they have created such a beautiful protect which is the Shannon's Hopeline.
