In the corner of your room , watching you from the darkness , shadow people wait. But others do more , they sit on your chest , torment you in broad daylight or even take advantage of you in  a "birds and they bees" kinda way. 

On this 3 hour long "Halloween Special" of the snuffbox podcast I am going to be covering the spooky topic of sleep demons. I go through a few of the most iconic beings that frick with our sleep , I call in multiple people  to come and do interviews about their own unique experiences with these entities , read some stories with da bois and even do an interview with the owner of the shadow people archives website .
