This week I start out talking about working with Douchebags and get and unexpected visitor heading back to a job site. We get side tracked and still managed to have a laugh. The douchebag topic is so vast that I will do a part 2 to hem up the loose douchy things I missed going over in this episode. 

Nothing we do is new, it has all been done before. The difference that separates the good ones from the not so good ones, is who is willing to put in the work. #wwg1wga I will give you enough to seek out so you can think and act independently, being independent is a important part in being successful.
