This week I hit on a few points about communication trickery and being prepared for the known and unknown at work and outside in the world. Fixed the audio so it is better than the last one, just like you trying the figure this out, I am trying to figure out audio and recordings so thanks for hanging in there with me on this adventure. This one I get into Side Hustles and the hidden dangers that lurk around you trying to entice you to fail, I talked about working on being better this last half of 2021 and some things I am going to try to better as well to finish up this year.

Been out grinding for a buck like the rest of you. Intro music is new and something I am messing with from scratch, the first part is audio from my helmet cam on a job a few years ago, highlighting some of the daily conversations we should all be having on the site everyday. Sat down with a Super to hear their take on a recent training class, we talk about schedules, communications and a funny story about WD-40. [email protected] also kicked off LinkedIn just for the hell of it, as we all know how I feel about that space just so we can see how long before I get booted from there worst case, best case is we help some people get a little better in the craft of managing contracted chaos.
This week it's time to kick the schedule dog again to get out side and chase some cars.
Nothing we do is new, it has all been done before. The difference that separates the good ones from the not so good ones, is who is willing to put in the work. I will give you enough to seek out on your own, so you can think and act independently and as a stand alone Superintendent. What you do with it will depend on you.

This week I talk about survey staking and how it all goes down, this only works if you are not lazy. So pay attention or pay the price.
