This week I had grand plans to go down a road about diplomas and called an audible, shifting to diplomacy and safety. Too many times we just breeze over or by something and don't address it. Every time we do that we change the culture on our projects. Working on being aware of some of the big things as well as growing our team can have positive results for the greater good.
