To the girl feeling stressed out, do I have a lady to introduce to you! Hannah is a mindfulness mindset coach! She works with women on how to better handle stress, overwhelm and NOISE whether that be the sounds of our own brains running on autopilot or the world around us! I know from my own personal experience, stress and anxiety were HUGE factors that went into my battle with food because I always felt on edge, uneasy and unsure and controlling my food or how some people find other coping mechanisms to find clarity and comfort during times of overwhelm, it can be really hard to leave that cycle of feeling upset or emotional and running to your coping mechanism: for me, it was to heavily restrict my diet. Which did not serve me in the end whatsoever and I wanna help you leave your unserving escape routes behind, as well! I think we could all use that reminder from time to time: that whatever is bothering you right now, will be a distant memory in no time and the more we can practice and support one another with this release of anxious energy, the better!
