We got a banger of a show for you this week, I am joined in the studio by wife & daughter to bring you our favorite female artists of the past year. We sample music from Africa, Puerto Rico, Israel, the UK, the US of A, Australia & even Syria. Lama lo? Its a weekly variety show with a buffet of butterjoint bangers for your boombox.

In todays episode we look back at some great music that was dropped from artists like Noga Erez, Sampa the Great, Ecca Vandal, Wet Leg, Little Simz, AMYL & the Sniffers, Solpulse, Ten Walls, Doechii and others. As well as some bombs from bad Bunny, Gorillaz, Moe Def, Sagol 59 & Shannon Street.

We discuss some personal highlights from 2025, talk about Pop Cake... or is it K-Pop? And we discuss how we feel about music made by A.I.

We open the phone lines and connect with some old friends and just sort thru the usual ingredients that make up our weekly mixtape. Its a fun ride, so buckle up, volume up and join us for the ride! YALLA!

Live from the heart of the Galil Mountains on 105.3FM, this is more than just a radio show—it’s a sonic journey through time, culture, and sound. Hosted by a native New Yorker who cut his teeth spinning records in the city’s underground scenes of hip hop, reggae, dub, punk, and dancehall. He now has relocated to the mountains of Northern Israel to bring this knowledge of music to everyone in earshot.
We dig deep into the record crates telling the stories behind the music that shaped generations and putting some stank on it in the process. Each episode weaves a tapestry of genres, connecting the past and present like an old school cassette mixtape with special guest appearances from kindred spirits like Uncle Siris’ daughter, Soso, and the Silent Bob of of the DJ world, Mixmaster DJ Milkweed.
