Some people suggest that 'you have to train to failure', other people say 'you should never train to failure'. But what does the science and research say? And even more importantly what do Tim + Jacko think about training to failure...?
This week we take a deep dive into this interesting topic, open up the conversation and discussion around the pro's and con's of training to failure so you can make your own educated decision for your own training circumstances.
We've had a lot of amazing guests on the podcast recently so this was a different style of podcast compared to either having a guest or a multi questions Q&A. We really enjoying going deeper into one single topic but want to know what you thought of this style podcast.
