Episode 101: UNLOCKING YOU: A SELF COACHING SERIES - What Needs To Shift?

Listen Later

Welcome back to Unlocking You: A Self-Coaching Series!

So far, we’ve checked in with where you are, explored what you truly want, uncovered what might be holding you back, and stepped into the possibility that it could all be real. But now, we ask:

What needs to shift?

When we’re moving toward something new, we can’t just add more—we have to make space. Just like a glass that’s already full, if we keep pouring in, we’ll overflow. So today, we’re reflecting on what might need to shift, release, or realign to create space for what you want.

Through a guided reflection, you’ll explore:
What is currently taking up space in your life—physically, mentally, or emotionally?
What feels heavy, draining, or misaligned?
What if making room for what you want wasn’t as hard as you think?
What’s one small shift you can make today?

This is not about drastic change or perfection. It’s about noticing—what’s one adjustment that could create more space for what you want?
