On the 16th day of the trial of Richard Satchwell, who denies murdering his wife Tina in March 2017,the jury heard closing speeches from both the prosecution and defence legal teams.
Senior counsel for the state, Geraldine Small, described Mr Satchwell as an arch manipulator full of guile and cunning, while defence barrister Brendan Grehan said that while Mr Satchwell engaged in a campaign of hurtful lies, it does not make him a murderer.
