What does it take to make a great first impression on potential clients? It only takes 1/10th of a second for people to decide whether they trust your brand and within the first 7 seconds, they will have made decided on their first impression of you.  There are so many factors that can impact that first impression. While not all of these are in your control, there a few things you can do to communicate your value in both spoken and unspoken ways.

When you walk into a Louis Vuitton store vs. a Chuck E. Cheese, you know what prices and aesthetics to expect.

So what about the way your business is causing people to make the decision to pass? Start with the way you're showing up online.
