Because every yes is also a no. And every no creates space for a deeper yes.
In this episode, we’re exploring what you are currently saying yes to—your commitments, habits, energy drains—and whether those choices align with the life you want to create. We’ll also reflect on what you might need to start saying no to in order to reclaim your time, energy, and alignment.
Through a guided reflection, you’ll explore:
✨ What am I currently saying yes to—intentionally or unintentionally?
✨ What if I was more intentional with my yeses?
✨ What am I saying no to, and is it serving me?
✨ What if saying no wasn’t selfish, but necessary?
This is not about perfection—it’s about choice. And your yeses and nos shape your life more than you might realize.
