Do you ever feel like you missed out on "typical learning experiences" because of your childhood trauma? Think about it for a second. Did you never learn how to cook or clean or any other basic survival skills because you were too busy trying to stay busy, trying to stay on someone's good side, or trying to hide?
I never really thought about it until one day, I was cleaning soap scum off of my bathtub and I realized that no one ever taught me how to clean let alone remove soap scum from a tub.
Weird right?
Take a listen as I talk about some basic survival skills that you would have thought I would have learned how to do once I moved out on my own but that I simply never learned.
