Signature Cocktail: The Draco

A drink to put fire in your belly, an edge on your teeth, and love into your heart.

• 1oz tequila (or mezcal if you can get it)
• 3/4oz Aperol
• 1/2oz maraschino liqueur 
• 3/4oz lime juice
• citrus twist, for garnish

Shake ingredients with ice to combine. Strain into a champagne coupe. Garnish with citrus twist
