You've perfected the art of being “fine”.  Someone asks how you're doing and the word is out before you've even thought about it - very smooth, & yet completely unconvincing to anyone paying attention.  

You’re pressing a version of you that’s well edited, and approved for public consumption.  And somewhere underneath it, the real version is often exhausted and overwhelmed from not being let out. 

What if this is the exact opposite of what you and others need?  It feels a bit dangerous, but healthy and vulnerable, faith and authenticity are two sides of the same coin, so what if you finally let someone see you, not desperate or needy, but true, risky, vulnerable?  It would be life changing, and not just for you.
