As part of honoring Black History Month, today Courtney and Jaclyn tell the story of Ed Johnson. Ed was a Black man in Chattanooga in 1906 who was wrongfully accused of the rape of Nevada Taylor. After an unfair trial, Ed was found guilty and sentenced to death. Before he the state could kill him, he was kidnapped from his cell and murdered by an angry mob.
