This week Commando, Fatty, and Banky sit down to talk about their experiences with the neighbors they've had and the neighbors they themselves have been over the years.  From the good ones that help you jump your car or clear the snow off of your sidewalks to the ones that don't understand boundaries, they cover the bases on 25 years of neighborly and not so neighborly interactions and the unwritten rule of the parking spot.
