Signature Cocktail: the Shelby

A hazy drink that’ll have people dying to join you.

• 2oz bourbon
• 1oz cold brew coffee liqueur
• 1oz pineapple juice
• 1/2oz lime juice
• 3oz ginger beer
• 
  

Combine bourbon, coffee liqueur, pineapple juice, and lime juice in an shaker with ice and shake until combined. Strain into a double rocks glass and top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
