Capitol Police Chief Tom Manger is the former chief of police in Montgomery County Maryland, and Fairfax Virginia. He retired a little more than a year ago, but after watching the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on January 6 he said he felt compelled to leave behind "the good life" of retirement for a chance to help Fix the Capitol Police Department.
