In this world that is chaotic and distracting, is there still a place for calm? How do we find it? 

In verses 4-7 of Psalm 46, the Psalmist moves from describing the chaotic waters in verses 2-3, to describing a life-giving river that brings joy and gladness. It's a reminder to us that God can change chaos to calm.
