The end of the summer holidays are coming up and if like me you have been running around after everyone else (especially the kids) and have been on a lovely holiday and enjoyed your food and drinks you might be feeling a bit frazzled and sluggish.
Worry not I got you!
I just came back from an 18-day holiday and whilst I didn't eat and drink everything in sight I certainly ate more indulgently and moved less than I normally would.
So I have implemented a reset week. 7 days of no excuses in executing my healthy habits to get me straight back into my routine. In this episode, I explain what that reset week is looking like for me and what my results are so far.
