If I had a dollar for every time someone used age as an excuse for NOT exercising, I'd be loaded. It's time to let go of that BS and get moving.

I'm in my mid-40s, and still getting faster and stronger. When does the 'slowing down' part happen? 

"Age is just a number" has been and will continue to be true. We have so much evidence of it at the gym.
