Kimberly Parker began her law enforcement career with Euless PD in 1993, serving in patrol, bicycle operations, narcotics, and the Family Crimes Unit before earning the rank of Senior Corporal. After retiring, her mission didn’t end—she shifted her focus to supporting those who serve. In 2021, Kimberly co-founded Forged in Valor, a private therapy practice dedicated to military personnel, first responders, and their families. Today, she’s a trusted mental health resource for members of GPPD, helping officers maintain resilience both on and off the job. In this episode, Kimberly shares her story, the importance of mental wellness in public service, and what it means to serve beyond the badge.
