How to Influence Your Immunity

Now it is more important than ever to focus on what you can influence and what you can control - and let go of everything else. Trying to control and predict (which is very human - by the way) is a way to land yourself in anxiety and illness ANYTIME but it is particularly important in these times.

Today I'm talking about a tool you can use to do just that - your Circles. Its a Stephen Covey concept but you can see if reflected many places and see where the inspiration comes from in something like the Serenity Prayer for example.
