I didn't realize how long it had been since I made an update on where I am on my journey. Although, I do feel that the ending of Season 3 was more or less a very detailed and multiple episode update on where I am on my healing journey now. 

I decided to record a part 3 of my healing journey just to give a little recap on where I am now and where I hope to be whenever it is that I remember to record part 4. Hopefully very much further along.
