Ashley sought out one-on-one nutrition coaching because she was tired of working her butt off in the gym, but eating in accordance with her goals inconsistently. She knew coaching would provide her with the accountability and kick in the pants she needed to begin feeling, performing, and looking like she desired.
After her first dieting phase, Ashley dropped 23 pounds. She rocked her post-diet maintenance phase, staying within a couple pounds of her end of diet weight.
But then life hit.
She was out of the country when Corona hit the US hard. And she then was rocked with a slew of personal and work-related challenges that led to her making the decision to end a dieting phase (that we'd already postponed!) very early...but then rebounded to finish that phase at a later date to reach an all time new low on the scale.
