In Romans 16, the final chapter of the book, Paul expresses his closing thoughts to the Church in Rome and imparts some final words of wisdom to the believers there. In this chapter, we learn more about Paul and his ministry (including the people he worked with), and we also get a nice recap of the entire book, as Paul sums up his letter and touches on many of the points he made earlier in the book.
