Sharon documented her personal journey in her first book, the wonderfully titled "Someone please help me... so I did" and we discuss some of the significant moments in this conversation.

She has a wonderful positive outlook on life, she is committed to the community as a whole and does great work for charities.

Her latest book, "Awaken your wellbeing" is a collection of stories from 14 different wellness practitioners and all proceedings will go to Galway's Simon Community for the prevention of homelessness
