I apologize in advance because I feel as if I may have come off a bit harsh on this episode but, I had to say what I had to say. You Are Responsible For Your Own Triggers.
Triggers always make us react based on emotions and a lot of the time, make certain situations escalate. I believe that those of us who are trying to heal, we must learn to figure out our triggers and why we are being triggered in order to either not let us react or to be able to think before we react.
