At the end of the year, one of the most important things you can do is look back and evaluate what you did right and what you did wrong. It’s like an audit of yourself for 2018. And it’s one of my favorite exercises for growth. That’s exactly what Sean and Katana do in this week’s episode–we go through our year and discuss some of our victories and some of our defeats. Where we think we thrived and where we could better ourselves for 2019.
