Happy Valentine’s Day to all you lovebirds out there! This was one of mine and Sean’s FAVORITE episodes yet! Today, we’re diving back into the topic of how to turn your passion into your career (part 2). While a few weeks ago, it was all about finding motivation to begin, this podcast discusses steps like researching your market, understanding promotion/marketing/publicity, the benefits of masterminds, and much more. At the end of the year, one of the most important things you can do is look back and evaluate what you did right and what you did wrong. It’s like an audit of yourself for 2018. And it’s one of my favorite exercises for growth. That’s exactly what Sean and Katana do in this week’s episode–we go through our year and discuss some of our victories and some of our defeats. Where we think we thrived and where we could better ourselves for 2019.

Conventions are tricky. There’s SO many people to see, so many parties and schmoozing and drinks and dinners… it can be overwhelming for both introverts (like Katana) and extroverts (like Sean).
