Many things have changed in the way we do business this pandemic. It even made us see a lot of virtual possibilities for the past three years. Amazingly, many family businesses survived and thrived in this pandemic and a number of corporations even diversified.

Just think of all the canned goods distributed as ayuda for almost two years! Thanks to the Po family who owns Century Pacific Food, Inc. How about all those data and wifi you need to connect with your loved ones while in isolation?  Remember too, how checking your socmed accounts kept you sane while in quarantine! Oh di ba, thanks to all those telecom companies who kept us connected when we were fighting Covid 19. 

With all these things happening, we cannot help but reminisce and examine how did we do working for a family-owned business and moving to a corporation or vise-versa. Know how we climbed family trees and conquered corporate ladders.
