Where there is no vision, people perish - Proverbs 29:18. And who creates a vision? Ikaw, na leader. Ikaw, na coach. Ikaw, na president. Ikaw, na Tatay. Ikaw, na Nanay. So grab a pen and paper while listening to Ate Sheila going solo in this podcast. Try to write down what you have in mind as a goal! Pero seriously, it was a good vision of Gawad Kalinga to see A Philippines free from poverty.
Kuya Nanding is back! And he talks about another hot topic in our world today, where Marites, Bashers, and Judgers are everywhere! Sa episode na ito, Kuya Nanding shares how something good can turn bad in a flash!
Namiss niyo ba kami? Oh yes! Mas namiss namin kayo noh! Sobra! We were gone for quite a while and now we are back! And we have no excuse for the vanishing act of Kuya Nanding last episode!
At para dalin naman tayo sa iba't-ibang lugar kung saan merong mga OFWs or Overseas Faithful Workers of God, let's all take time to listen to few more friends working abroad and journeying life with God. Know how they discovered their purpose in life through the works of their hands and persistence of their praying hands.
The truth is that there is one OFW in every 10 Filipino household, so we need not look farther to get more information, inspiration, and motivation to leave the country and live happily ever after somewhere else. Our OFWs are just so near yet so far! And we thank you, technology, for brining us all closer together.
Chill and let us listen to our dearest OFWs who are truly Overseas Faithful Workers of God!

Join us in another conversation about OFWs. Hopefully, through this episode, we can see beyond what's inside every balikbayan box we receive.

This episode still centers on the leadership journey in a family-run business or established corporation. Kuya Nanding and Ate Sheila shared few more values and attitudes they learned in the past and in the present since they had the opportunity working for both.
You will realize in this discussion that no one is better than the other nor lesser. They are unique business structures that can definitely build leaders of great character.

Kamusta work? May pasok ka na ulet? Saan ka na ngayon nagta-trabaho?
Many things have changed in the way we do business this pandemic. It even made us see a lot of virtual possibilities for the past three years. Amazingly, many family businesses survived and thrived in this pandemic and a number of corporations even diversified.
Just think of all the canned goods distributed as ayuda for almost two years! Thanks to the Po family who owns Century Pacific Food, Inc. How about all those data and wifi you need to connect with your loved ones while in isolation? Remember too, how checking your socmed accounts kept you sane while in quarantine! Oh di ba, thanks to all those telecom companies who kept us connected when we were fighting Covid 19.
With all these things happening, we cannot help but reminisce and examine how did we do working for a family-owned business and moving to a corporation or vise-versa. Know how we climbed family trees and conquered corporate ladders.
Part 1 pa lang ito, kaya kung relate kayo, just click the follow button and the bell to keep you posted sa mga susunod na episodes. Kaya send us your feedback on iteachulead facebook page or sa website na iteachulead.com. Let us know your thoughts.
Salamuch!
Na-miss niyo ba kami? Medyo natagalan lang ng kaunti. May mga inayos lang. And we are back! And this time, let's talk about our dream that came true! And this dream is not really for us to enjoy alone. This is something we can share and leave behind.
