On this episode I welcome a dear friend Lavena Whiltley aka Truths Debates 2020.
Lavena and I worked in a Secondary school together as Learning Support Assistants (LSA's) and we share our experiences there as Black Female support staff but also taking a deep dive into Lavena's experience of becoming a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT).
With this episode being a deep dive we have split it into 2 and I'll be giving you 2 parts to Lavena's journey....
