In this interview, listen to a conversation I had with a board member of the San Juan School District, who is also the executive director of the California Edge Coalition. She's a member of Sacramento's very own "Squad", an extremely active member of the community, a parent, and an incredible individual. She is none other than Zima Creason! 

Over the span of 45 minutes, we talk about BLM and other important causes, the student achievement gap, corruption in elections, what it's like being at the forefront of decision making for schools during COVID, what students can practically do to get involved, and the hateful comments & emails that come with being an elected official.
