King Jr. who is the President and CEO of The Education Trust.[1] A member of the Democratic Party, he served as the 10th United States Secretary of Education from 2016 to 2017 under President Barack Obama. DL then chats with Jamaal Bowman, the Democratic Representative-elect for New York's 16th congressional district. Bowman is the founder and former principal of the Cornerstone Academy for Social Action, a public middle school in the Bronx.
