Exercise has been part of my life for many years and it has been a great way for me to feel confident, build muscle, and keep my hormones in check. Getting daily movement is something I am working on now because I realized I have not been getting in the necessary movement that my body needs, and I am sure we all fall into this sometimes. With that being said, today we talk about the benefits of exercise and the side effects of too much exercise.
