Gaining confidence to publicly share expertise takes time and often comes from years of work experience. But that confidence can also come from higher learning. Leandra Greenfield knows something about that. A recent McMaster University master's grad in communications and new media, Leandra has developed expertise of her own, completing her thesis on corporate apologies.  Having completed her undergrad degree in PR at Humber College, Leandra shared her thoughts on the transition from college to university, her decision to take an academic path, and her thoughts on corporate apologies.
