The theme for today’s episode is all about gratitude and the biggest thing we are grateful for today is this podcast. We are so grateful to sit down with each other and all of you to talk through the good, the bad, and everything in between. Thank you for continuing to join us each week!
While gratitude will certainly help you find the good in your grief and help with your loss, it is not just for those who are grieving. Gratitude can help anyone live a more full and joyful life. It is proven that you attract what you put out so if you start your day with gratitude and appreciation, that is what you will get back. If you put out negativity, that is what you get back. So what do you want?
We want to challenge you to start some sort of gratitude journal to get into a daily habit of focusing on the good in your life. No matter what you are going through we know you can find some good and something to be grateful for- no matter how big or small. If you have never done this before, it can feel awkward or weird at first but once you begin, you will start to see your life change for the better.

-How to start your day off in a positive way
-A challenge for all of us to make gratitude a daily habit
